A Whole New Ball Game

With the Pennsylvania win, Hillary goes on... the battle continues.

The problem is the process. Both Democrat and Republican processes of selecting candidates have been flawed.

The Republicans choose a quick process, the Democrats a long drawn out process. Both will in the end produce flawed candidates.

The long drawn out process of the Democrats are producing flaws daily in the candidates. The media in the tank for Obama and the Democrats in general are wringing their hands over the knife fight that displays the flaws. So whoever wins, a lightweight with no experience (and, we thought, no baggage!) or a warmed over Clinton who the electorate is really deciding they don't like very much after all.

An McCain goes merrily on.... talking, but hardly anyone is listening, but he is not getting hammered daily. The hammering will come later and all the flaws that never showed up in the quick winner the Republicans ran will become apparent in the general election.

I am sure both parties will seek to change their process in the future. Will it matter, probably no, democracy is messy.

So here we are on the cusp of electing the worst of both possible outcomes. I think we can do matter and here is how: Next Blog Post
